Orla stands as an unincorporated de facto ghost town in Reeves County, approximately 38 miles north of Pecos. Despite its small size, Orla maintains its own post office on U.S. Route 285, a fixture since its establishment on December 26, 1906, when Joshua D. McAdams served as the first postmaster. The town's resilient spirit reflects the character of those who call this remote stretch of Texas home. Celebrate your connection to Orla and Reeves County with Hometown Supply Co's authentic local pride merchandise. Every shirt and hoodie carries the heart of Texas, perfect for displaying your roots in this quiet West Texas community.
