All products sold on the Site are made to order via print-on-demand production. Product descriptions, images, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our sole discretion.

By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order has been placed. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before processing.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and designs — is the property of Hometown Supply Co or its content suppliers and is protected by US and international copyright and trademark laws.

Hometown Supply Co is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any school, university, municipality, or other institution. Town names, state names, and geographic references are used for descriptive purposes only.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
