MADE TO ORDER
Every Hometown Supply Co product is made to order. When you place an order, it goes directly to our print-on-demand production partner, who prints and ships your item fresh. This means zero waste and every item made with care. Production does take a little time.
We do not hold inventory. Please allow production time before your order ships.
PRODUCTION & SHIPPING TIME
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier issues outside our control.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total and destination. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States.
We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Because each item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns for buyer's remorse or size exchanges. Please check our size guide before ordering.
We do accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:
- Defective or damaged upon arrival
- Incorrectly printed or wrong item received
- Significantly different from the product description
Items must be unworn and unwashed to be eligible for return. To initiate a return, email us at hello@hometownsupplyco.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
ORDER ISSUES
If your order arrives damaged, lost in transit, or is otherwise incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll make it right. Email hello@hometownsupplyco.com with your order number and details.
